I am really curious about these red banana benefits. My friend just got back from a trip and she brought me some of these red bananas, saying they’re super healthy and packed with nutrients. I’ve been eating regular bananas forever, but never thought about trying red ones until now. Then I started doing some research and found out they supposedly have a lot of antioxidant properties, among other red banana benefits, which got me thinking. I mean, would it be worth switching things up? I had a couple of them for breakfast yesterday, and they tasted sweeter than regular ones, but I'm wondering if the red banana benefits are really that significant. Like, do they help with things like digestion or boosting immunity? Also, are there specific nutrients in red bananas that I should be payin attention to, compared to the yellow ones? I’m trying to be more health-conscious lately and not sure if these are just a trendy thing or something I should seriously consider adding into my diet long-term. Any insights would be awesome!
