For stomach pain, please take - Tab. Drotaverine + Mefenamic Acid, twice a day for 3 days.
Still, if you feel suspicious, then do a urine pregnancy test done, you’ll be relaxed

Hello dear No you are not pregnant. Reason is that neither there was any physical sex with contact of penis with vagina nor any ejaculation occured. In addition, you have already taken ocds So pregnancy is not possible I think that stomach ache could be due to simple acidity or internal health issues However I suggest you to please get following tests done for confirmation of diagnosis Stomach USG Serum TSH Urine analysis Stool test of recommended by general physician Kindly share the results with general physician for further evaluation Please donot take any medications without consulting the concerned doctor Hopefully you recover soon Regards
