can i use hot water bag during pregnancy - #19556
I am really confused about something that’s been bothering me. I’m currently in my second trimester, and I’ve been having these awful cramps. They're not like anything too serious, but they're annoying and make me feel restless ugh. I’ve been using a hot water bag to help ease the discomfort, but then I started wondering — can I use hot water bag during pregnancy, like, is that safe? Just yesterday, after a long day at work, I came home, and honestly, the only thing I wanted was to wrap myself in that warm comfort. But then my friend mentioned something about how it "might" not be good for the baby! Now I'm just freaking out, like, am I hurting my little one? I've read different opinions online, and I'm just so lost! Some say it's fine as long as the water isn't too hot, but others warn against it altogether?? I even tried googling can I use hot water bag during pregnancy, and I found conflicting info, which added to my worries. I usually can't relax if I don't know what's really safe. If anyone can share their knowledge or experiences on this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
