How to straighten the 4 front Incisors? - #12406
My all 32 teeth had an extra improper grown canine on the right side protruding outwards, as the new perfect canine was growing beneath it, so i got it removed, the doctor said that it should've been took out a long time ago, but due to my carelessness i didnt, and that reshaped my teeth, now my teeth are fine but the first 4 incisor are protruding outside like a V-shape, not an overbite since in overbite the first 4 incisor teeth are usually normally straight, not in my case, they are protruding outwardly, like if you look up from beneath my chin and say smile, you will see that the first 2 incisor are kind of sharply protruding outside, and the 2 incisor behind them follow it, its not absolutely like V shape, but kind of U-shape only, but they're protruding outwards so V-shape like, but to be honest its kind of like V - U - Shape, I dont want to put on braces, if there's any other option you might know, please tell. Also if i keep on pushing those teeth, not very hard but kinda hard, for like 30-20s daily, will it make a difference?

If braces aren’t what you’re looking for to address the alignment of your incisors, there are still other options that could help straighten them. One alternative is clear aligners, like Invisalign, which are custom-made molds designed to gradually move your teeth into their correct position. They are less noticeable than traditional braces and can be removed when eating or brushing your teeth. Another possiblility is dental veneers. These are thin shells that are applied to the front of your teeth. Veneers can’t actually move the teeth to a new position but can be used to improve the appearance of teeth that are slightly out of alignment. However, this is more of a cosmetic solution and may not address underlying alignment issues. Orthodontic bands or retainers might be another option, though they typically have limitations on how much movement they can achieve compared to braces or aligners.
Regarding your idea of pushing the teeth, unfortunately, this is unlikely to be effective and may even cause harm. Consistently applying pressure on your teeth manually could lead to unintended consequences, like affecting the roots or causing misalignment elsewhere. Teeth move through controlled and specific forces over time that aligners or braces can provide. It’s important to discuss these options with an orthodontist who can assess your specific situation and recommend an apt treatment plan. Your teeth’s alignment involves complex dynamics, including the health of your jaw and gums, so personalized advice from a dentist or orthodontist would be the most prudent course of action.
The forward tilt of your front teeth likely happened because the extra canine affected their natural alignment. Manually pushing the teeth won’t help and can even loosen or damage them — only orthodontic or cosmetic options can correct this safely. Specialist consultation is advised (Orthodontist).
Hello mayank,
🛑Manual pushing won’t work and may damage your gums and teeth.
🛑If you want to fix your issue without braces clear aligners are the best solution. They are safe and effective.
🛑Or you can try lingual braces- braces placed on back side of tooth.[ But not brace free]
You can visit a dentist or orthodontist for the treatment.
