I am really confused about something and could use some advice! A few months ago, I started noticing that my skin has become quite dull and it's really bothering me. I tried a bunch of over-the-counter products but nothing seems to work, and with summer coming, I wanted to brighten my skin a bit. My friend mentioned that she got an amazing result from a facial treatment she did at a spa, and now I’m wondering, which facial is good for skin whitening? I mean, there are so many options out there and I feel completely lost. I read that some facials can be harsh or cause breakouts, which I definitely don’t want! Also, I’m not sure if I need to be looking for something specific, like vitamin C or something else? I thought maybe a chemical peel could help, but isn't that super intense?
