I read online that some foods can help, but then I also heard that hydration is super important too. I just want to know what works best or if there’s a reputable way or treatment for how to remove wrinkles from face without breaking the bank or looking like a plastic doll, you know what I mean? Just feeling kinda lost and overwhelmed here! Any advice would be super appreciated!
