I am really stressed about these pigmentation marks on face that appeared outta nowhere! Like, I don’t even know when it started, but I was looking in the mirror one morning, and there they were, these dark spots just chillin’ on my cheeks. They seem to be getting darker, and honestly, it freaks me out. I’ve never had skin issues before, and now I’m worried I might be stuck with these pigmentation marks on face forever. I’ve tried a few creams from the drugstore, but they don’t seem to be doing much. I even bought one of those “miracle” serums promising to fade pigmentation marks on face but nothing really changed. I’m just feeling lost on what to do. I read online that sun exposure could make pigmentation marks on face worse, and I’m super careful with sunscreen. Like, I even wear hats when I go outside! Anyone else had experience with this? Are there any treatments that actually work? Maybe some dietary changes or something? Just looking for some advice because these pigmentation marks on face are really getting me down. I’m thinking about seeing a dermatologist, but I’m worried it’ll take forever to find a solution!
