I am curious about what is healthy body, because for the past few months, I've been really trying to figure it out. Last year, I was super active, running 5k's and eating pretty well, but then life got busy and I noticed my body kinda changed. I've gained some weight and feel tired a lot of the time, you know? A couple of friends mentioned that they think a healthy body is all about just watching what you eat and exercising, but it's not that simple for me. I tried dieting, but sometimes I binge on junk food, and I just don't feel good about it. I read somewhere that what is healthy body also involves mental health and sleep, which I totally relate to, since I've been stressed with work lately and my sleep schedule's all over the place. Sometimes I think I'm overthinking what is healthy body and worrying if I'm ever gonna get back to that fit version of myself. Can anyone share what really defines a healthy body? Like, should I focus more on diet, fitness or making sure I’m mentally balanced too? How do people find that balance?
