I am really curious about which utensils are good for health. Lately, I’ve been reading a lot about how certain materials can impact our health. A few weeks ago, I switched to aluminum cookware, thinking it was light and easier to handle. But then I started feeling a bit off, like some weird fatigue, and my friend told me that aluminum could leach into food, which made me super worried. I’ve also got some non-stick pans that I thought were safe, but I read online that the chemicals used can be harmful too? It’s confusing! I even checked my plastic utensils after seeing articles about BPA, and I’m not sure those are good for health either. I guess I’m just trying to figure out which utensils are good for health overall—like should I go for stainless steel or glass? I just wanna cook my meals without worrying about poisoning myself, ya know? Anyone here know which utensils are good for health or have suggestions on what to look for?
