I am really worried about my sugar levels lately. A friend of mine opened a juice bar and he always raves about sugarcane juice, saying it's super healthy! So, I started drinking it every day, like 2-3 glasses a day honestly, because it tastes amazing and feels refreshing. But then I heard someone mention that can sugarcane juice cause diabetes?
