I am kinda freaking out here. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling really off. It started with this weird fatigue that wouldn't go away. Then came headaches that felt different than usual, ya know? Like, it’s hard to describe – almost like my head was heavy. I happened to read this article about how toxins can build up in our bodies, and it made me curious about what is toxin, like, in a serious way. I talked to my friend who's into holistic health and she mentioned that everyone should know what is toxin especially with all the pollution and stuff. I had some lab tests done, and a couple of things came back off, like my liver enzymes were a tad high. So, now I’m really wondering what is toxin and how does it affect our health? Are there specific toxins I should worry about? Like, how can I know if my body is overloaded with toxins? And what’s the best way to detox – or is detoxing just another fad? I really want to feel better, but I don't know where to start. Any advice or info would really help!
