I am feeling a bit lost right now and hope someone can help me out. A couple of weeks ago, I started breaking out more than usual, and I’ve been trying every product under the sun with limited success. A friend told me that using ice cubes could be a game-changer for skin clarity and reducing inflammation, but I have no idea how to apply ice cube on face properly. Like, do I just rub it all over or what? I’ve heard that it can also help with swelling, and I definitely have some of that due to puffiness around my eyes after sleepless nights. Also, I read somewhere that leaving it on too long can cause issues. Does anyone have tips on how to apply ice cube on face without overdoing it? My skin’s been really sensitive lately, and I don’t wanna make things worse. Should I wrap it in cloth first, or is directly applying it better? I honestly feel like I might mess this up!
