benefits of soaked raisins for skin - #27451
I am really curious about the benefits of soaked raisins for skin because I’ve been struggling with dry patches for a while now. It's annoying, honestly! A friend of mine mentioned that soaking raisins can help, and I was like, really? I mean, I always thought of raisins as just a snack. But she said the benefits of soaked raisins for skin are amazing. So, I tried soaking a handful in water overnight, and then I just ate them. I thought they might work from the inside out. But I read somewhere that applying them topically might also be effective! I don’t know how that works though. Like, do I squish them? Do I make a paste or something? Or maybe just rub them on my face? I haven’t seen any improvement yet and I’m starting to lose hope! Could I be missing something? What are the other benefits of soaked raisins for skin? Are there any recipes or tips to use them properly to actually make a difference? I really want this dry skin to go away already! Thanks for any insight!
