I am really curious about all the ice cube benefits for face stuff I've been hearing lately! Last week, I had this intense facial treatment that left my skin feeling super puffy, like a marshmallow! I’ve read that rubbing ice cubes on your face can help reduce swelling and brighten skin. Is that true? I tried it as soon as I got home, just rubbing a couple of ice cubes on my cheeks, and it felt kind of nice, but not sure if I’m doin it right. The internet has sooo many tips, like using green tea ice cubes for extra benefits or something. I mean, should I really be freezing stuff for my skin? What about using it on sensitive areas – like under the eyes? I’ve seen some say ice cube benefits for face include reducing dark circles too, but what if my skin is kind of oily? Would that change anything? I want to make sure I’m getting all the good ice cube benefits for face that everyone talks about without messing up my skin even more.
