banana hair mask benefits - #28821

Arush

I am really confused about something and hope someone can help! A few weeks ago my hair was just feeling super dry and frizzy, like I could barely manage it. I came across this idea to use a banana hair mask, supposedly there are so many banana hair mask benefits, right? So I gave it a shot and mashed up a banana, mixed in some honey and a bit of olive oil. When I put it on my hair, it felt kinda weird, not gonna lie. But after rinsing it out, my hair felt... different. Like smoother but still kinda heavy. I read online that the banana hair mask benefits include improving shine and moisture, but I can't tell if I did it right or what. The thing is, should I be making this a regular thing? And do the banana hair mask benefits actually stick around or is it just a temporary fix? My friend told me she swears by it but her hair is super thin and mine’s thicker, wil that make a difference? Honestly, I am thinking if I should try a different masks too but I just wanna know if this whole banana hair mask benefits thing is legit or just hype. Any tips or advice would help!!
