epilator vs waxing - #28854

Pari

I am trying to figure out the whole epilator vs waxing debate. I've done both, but I can't decide what’s better for me. Like, I used an epilator a few months back and yeah, it hurt like heck, but I thought maybe I'd get used to the pain. But then I went to a salon and tried waxing, and honestly, it seemed a lot faster. However, I ended up with some red bumps afterward, which freaked me out! 🤷‍♀️ In my mind, I keep going back and forth on epilator vs waxing. On one hand, epilator is like always at home, super convenient, right? I can just zap those legs anytime. But waxing gives me that smoother feeling that's hard to beat! Just wish waxing wasn’t such a hassle with appointments and stuff. Ugh, the thought of sitting there while someone rips hot wax off my skin is kinda daunting too, honestly! Does anyone else feel torn on this epilator vs waxing thing? I'm worried about pain levels and skin irritation. Anyone found a way to make the epilator less painful? Or maybe there’s a magic waxing technique that could help reduce the bumps? Also, how often do you have to epilate vs waxing to keep it smooth? I'm just so confused and would love any kind of tips or tricks from all you experts!
