I am frustrated because my hair seems to be growing at a snail's pace! Like, I can't even remember when the last time was that I got a trim, and it’s still blah and flat. A few months ago, I decided to chop it all off, thinking shorter hair would be easier to manage, but now I keep searching for fast hair growth tips. I read somewhere that massaging your scalp can help, but is that really true?? I’ve been doing it every night for like a week, but not sure if it's working or if I’m just being too hopeful. And I also heard that taking certain vitamins could speed things up, so I started on biotin, but can taking too many vitamins be bad for you? Another thing that worries me is I wash my hair maybe 3 times a week, and I know people say that washing less can make it grow faster?? Anyway, I feel like I've tried everything but still looking for the best fast hair growth tips! Anyone have personal experience with what actually worked for them? Cuz at this point, I’m ready to try anything!
