hot oil hair massage benefits - #28946
I am trying to figure out if hot oil hair massage benefits are really worth all the hype. For about 2 months now, I’ve been dealing with super dry and frizzy hair. My friend recommended I try a hot oil hair massage, saying the hot oil hair massage benefits would make my hair soft and shiny again. I was skeptical at first but then I thought why not, right? I heated some coconut oil and massaged it into my scalp and hair. It felt great, but honestly, I’m not sure if it really did anything. I did it once a week for a while and while my scalp was relaxed, my hair still felt kinda rough. I read that the hot oil hair massage benefits include nourishing the scalp and improving blood circulation, but I don’t see much of a difference. Has anyone els experienced this? Should I try different oils or just be more patient? I heard olive oil has different hot oil hair massage benefits too. Is there a specific time frame I should give it to start working? Or maybe I'm missing a key step in the process? Any advice or success stories would be awesome!
