banana mask for hair growth - #28958
I am so confused and really need some advice. A few weeks ago, I started noticing my hair thinning, like in some spots it’s just so sparse, and I can’t help but feel stressed about it. I’ve been reading about all these natural remedies, and I came across this thing called a banana mask for hair growth. Sounds weird, right? But apparently, bananas help with nourishment and moisture! I tried making a banana mask for hair growth last night—just mashed a banana with some honey and coconut oil. It was so sticky and messy, but I really thought it could do something good. I let it sit for about thirty minutes and then washed it out. My hair felt kinda soft after, but I’m not sure if that’s doing anything to actually promote hair growth or if I should be looking for something more effective. Have any of you tried a banana mask for hair growth, and did you see any results? I mean, how often should I do it? Should I mix it with anything else? I’m just scared to keep losing hair, and I’m hoping this banana mask for hair growth isn’t just a waste of time! Any tips or experiences would help so much!
