I am kinda frustrated because I've been trying to tackle my cellulite for a while now, and nothing seems to work! So I read somewhere that there are specific cellulite exercises that can really help, but I am not sure what’s legit and what’s not. Like, a few months back, I started doing these workouts I found online, thinking they’d really make a difference. I do squats, lunges, and some leg lifts but I still see the same old dimples on my thighs. It’s super annoying, right? Last week I even asked my friend who’s been working out for years and she swears by some crazy routines, but then I wonder if these cellulite exercises are really effective or just a gimmick? I mean, am I wasting my time here? Should I be focusing on other types of exercises instead? Also, I feel like I might need some guidance as I’m not sure if my form is right when I do these moves. If anyone can share their thoughts on what really works or any proven cellulite exercises that can help me out — like specific routines or changes I should make, I’d really appreciate it.
