big aloe vera plant - #21406
I am really stressed because my big aloe vera plant is not looking great right now, and I'm not sure what's going on! I mean, I’ve had this big aloe vera plant for years, and it’s always been my pride and joy, sitting in my kitchen window soaking up the sun. Just last week, I noticed that some of the leaves are starting to get kind of mushy and brown, and that’s just not normal, right? Like, I've always heard that a big aloe vera plant is supposed to be pretty hardy, but this one seems to be fading fast! Is it too much water? Or maybe not enough? I tried to read up on it, and some sites said a big aloe vera plant can actually get root rot if you overwater, but I’ve only been giving it just a little water every couple of weeks. Could it be a pest issue? I don't see any bugs but I’m just worried! Also, should I cut off the damaged leaves or just let it be? I've heard conflicting advice, and I don't wanna ruin my big aloe vera plant when I could still save it. Anyone dealt with something like this? What should I do?
