I am really worried about something that’s been happening to me lately. Over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced rapid weight loss causes that I just can’t wrap my head around. I wasn't even trying to lose weight; in fact, I’ve been feeling so stressed out with work and life that I've barely had time to eat properly. I started noticing my clothes fitting too loose, and when I weighed myself, I was shocked to see I'd dropped 10 pounds in less than a month! Like, what even?! I don't have any serious diet changes or intense exercise routines, so I'm curious if this could be stress-related or if something's wrong with me. I’ve also felt super fatigued all the time and sometimes have trouble sleeping! I did some online research, and I found different rapid weight loss causes, like thyroid issues or diabetes, but those seem kinda extreme for me. Does anyone believe daily stress can trigger this kind of thing? How serious do I need to take this or should I be more concerned about other rapid weight loss causes? I mean, I’m hoping this is just a phase, you know? But the confusion is driving me a bit nuts. Any insights would be awesome!
