how to make flaxseed oil for hair growth - #22980
I am kinda worried about my hair lately. Been noticing some thinning at the crown and I really wanna try natural remedies before going for anything drastic. A friend mentioned flaxseed oil can help, and I've read some stuff about how to make flaxseed oil for hair growth, but I’m not really sure where to start. I'm unsure whether I should buy the oil or try making it myself. I mean, how to make flaxseed oil for hair growth sounds easy, but is it really? I heard you just need the seeds, but what if I mess it up? Like, do I need any special equipment or do I have to heat it a certain way? Also, is it enough to just apply it or do I have to mix it with other stuff? I saw on a blog that applying it directly is good, but sometimes those things can be hit or miss. But honestly, I’d love to hear from others if they tried making it themselves. Did it really help your hair grow? How often did you apply it? Did you notice any difference in thickness or softness? I’m really hoping this helps but just want to make sure I’m doing it right. Any tips or experiences would be soooo helpful!
