I am really curious about this whole thing called tridosha. I've been feeling a bit out of sync lately, like my body is just… off? I used to be energetic and healthy, but now I find myself tired and bloated all the time. I heard a friend mention tridosha when I was explaining my symptoms, and honestly, it got me wondering.
