I am trying to figure out if we can drink mosambi juice on an empty stomach. Last week, I woke up feeling kinda sluggish and thought maybe starting my day with something fresh like mosambi juice would help. But then I read mixed things online, some say it's great for the digestion and others are like "nah, don't do it." Yesterday, I decided to give it a try but felt a little bloated afterwards and was thinking maybe I shouldn't have? I've also been dealing with some stomach issues lately, nothing serious, just the regular bloating and discomfort. Mom said it’s good for detoxing or whatever, but I’m really not sure if I should be drinking mosambi juice empty stomach? Like, would that mess with my stomach more? I’ve been looking into it and I guess it has vitamin C and all that but is that really enough? What if I just feel worse? Can we drink mosambi juice empty stomach if there's a chance I could just end up feeling sick? I really want to try it because it’s so refreshing, but I don’t want to regret my choice! Maybe I should eat something with it? Anyone else had experience with mosambi juice and empty stomach?
