I am really confused about something. I've been thinking about trying ashwagandha for my stress, right? I've heard soooo many people talk about how amazing it is for anxiety and stuff. On the other hand, I’ve also seen some random posts online saying, “can ashwagandha cause acne?” which is kind of freaking me out!! Like, a few months ago, I started noticing some breakouts and I can't pinpoint what’s causing them. I’ve switched skincare, changed my diet, and even tried cutting dairy. Nothing seems to work! What if adding ashwagandha to my routine makes it worse? I mean, if it can really cause acne, I definitely don't want that!
