I am really worried about my hair lately. It feels like a lot of it is falling out, especially when I brush or wash it. I've noticed that my scalp looks kinda thin and I'm not sure what to do about it. I’ve tried a few shampoos that claim to help but they don’t seem to be working. I’ve been reading about how to strengthen roots of hair and there’s so much out there... oils, special diets, even supplements. Sometimes I wonder if it’s just a money grab, y'know? I did try some castor oil a few times, but honestly, I didn’t keep it up because it felt greasy and I felt like I looked funny. Maybe I’m just impatient.
