I am tired of my flat hair. It looks so lifeless and just hangs there. I mean, I've tried everything from volumizing shampoos to different styling products, but I still don’t see a difference! I used some mousse the other day, and while it worked for a bit, by midday my hair was back to sagging like a sad balloon. I even got those root-lift sprays, but they just feel sticky and don't help with how to increase my hair volume in the long run. My friends say it’s all about what you eat or the way you style it, but I’m confused. Is there some secret trick or specific cuts that can help? Because I got my hair trimmed last week, and although it’s a bit shorter, still no extra volume. I want that bouncy, full hair you see in ads, not just every product claiming how to increase my hair volume without actually doing anything!
