I am really struggling with hair fall lately and it's been stressing me out, ugh. My friend mentioned how to use coconut oil to stop hair fall, and I’ve heard it’s like a miracle cure for hair issues. I just don't know where to start and if it actually works. I tried a few other solutions, like those fancy shampoos, but they haven't helped much. The other day I was brushing my hair, and I swear, I lost a big chunk, like I felt it coming out in clumps! It’s super frustrating because I've always taken care of my hair, using gentle products, but the shedding seems worse now. I've read a bit on how to use coconut oil to stop hair fall — like massaging it into my scalp or leaving it overnight, but I’m unsure how much to use or if it’ll make my hair greasy? Should I wash it out after a couple of hours or leave it longer? Also, how often is too much? Any tips on how to use coconut oil to stop hair fall effectively would be awesome!
