I am really worried about my hair lately. I been dealing with some hair loss and thinning for a few months now. It’s like overnight, my hair just started feeling different. I went to a salon for a natural hair consultation, hoping to get some advice on what products to use or what changes I can make, but the stylist didn’t really dive deep into my concerns. I feel lost. Like, why is my scalp changing? I thought maybe it’s because of stress or diet, but I’m not sure. During the natural hair consultation, she suggested I try some oils and a different shampoo but didn’t ask about my lifestyle, like my sleeping habits or how much water I drink. I’m scared maybe I need to see a doctor instead? I keep thinking, how do I know if I need a deeper analysis before jumping into a big routine change? I just want my hair to be healthy again, you know? Has anyone else gone through something similar after a natural hair consultation? What should I do? It’s super frustrating when you feel like your hair is out of control. Any advice would be appreciated!
