hair care consultation - #26982

Kian

I am seriously freaking out about my hair situation. For like the past six months, my hair has been falling out way more than usual! I didn’t think much at first, just thought maybe it was seasonal. But, then I started noticing thinning spots and I panicked. I went to a local salon and they suggested a hair care consultation, but honestly, I don’t really know if that would help. Like, what would even happen in a hair care consultation? Do they just tell me to buy more products? I started using some basic shampoos and conditioners, but nothing seems to work. My scalp sometimes feels itchy too, which is just adding to my worries. I’m wondering if I should see a dermatologist instead or if this hair care consultation would be enough, y'know? There are so many options now—do you guys think I should stick with a normal salon or is a specialized consultation worth the time and money? I wish I could just figure out what’s going on without endless appointments. If I do go for a hair care consultation, what should I even ask? Anyone out there have tips or experiences with this?
