can cylindrical power be corrected naturally - #27598

Aryan

I am really worried about my eye health. I started noticing some blurriness in my vision a few months ago, and after visiting an optometrist, they said I have cylindrical power. Apparently, it means I have astigmatism. I never really thought much about my eyesight until it started impacting my daily life. Like the other day, I was trying to read a menu at a restaurant and ended up squinting and asking my friend to read it for me! Super embarrassing. I want to know if can cylindrical power be corrected naturally, because I'm not a fan of glasses or contact lenses. I mean, who wants to rely on that stuff all the time, right? I heard about some exercises or techniques that people claim help with vision issues, but is it for real? Can cylindrical power be corrected naturally, or is that just one of those myths people talk about? I’m also curious if changing my diet could make a difference or if there are specific vitamins? Honestly, I feel a bit lost and could really use some advice from other doctors. I just want to see clearly without relying on glasses. I just want to make sure I’m exploring all my options! What do you think, can cylindrical power be corrected naturally?
