I am really confused about something and hoping maybe someone here can help me out! I started using ice on my face every day a few weeks ago because my skin was feeling kinda dull and I heard that it helps with puffiness and acne. The thing is, I'm not sure if I can use ice on my face everyday safely. I mean, my skin feels nice and fresh right after, but sometimes I worry it looks too red or sensitive after I do it. Last week, I did it in the morning, and then later my friend mentioned that I might not want to do it too often. I’m like, "Can I really use ice on my face everyday without causing damage?” I’ve also heard about some people saying that ice can dehydrate the skin if used too much or cause capillary issues? I don’t want to mess up my skin! Sometimes I even have this little itch after using it, but that goes away quickly. Do you guys think I should cut back or is daily ice-on-face okay? Just trying to figure out what’s best, ugh!!
