I am really confused about this whole thing with curd. Like, I've been having some serious tummy issues lately, and my friend swears that curd helps in digestion, but I'm not sure! Last week, I had this massive bloating after eating out, and it felt like my stomach was just not happy. I also read somewhere that probiotics are good and curd is supposed to have them. Now, does curd help in digestion? I mean, are there any specific types of curd that are better for digestion? Like, I usually just buy the plain variety, but what about flavored or Greek yogurt? Sometimes, I worry that I’m making things worse instead of better, especially when my gut feels like a balloon after a meal! Would eating curd daily actually help, or am I just holding on to false hopes here? Sorry if I sound a bit frantic, but I've tried a lot of stuff, and nothing seems to work! Should I stick to the curd, or is there another way? Let me know what you think, because I really need to figure this out!
