Hi sir Right ear pain since 2 days there are many possibilities It might be otomycosis fungal infection or ear wax or bacterial infection So i would suggest you to avoid water entry into the ear take painkillers twice daily ,avoid eating hard to chew foods ,avoid prolonged chewing on oneside apply any balm over the front of ear apply local warm water compressions before the ear take care
For your right ear pain that seems inflamed especially with tenderness upon pressing, there are a few things you might consider. It could be due to various reasons such as an external ear infection (otitis externa), an infection of the middle ear (otitis media), or even some kind of injury or other inflammation. First, you can try applying a warm compress to the affected area, which might help in reducing pain and swelling. Over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen can also be helpful in managing the discomfort. However, it is critical to monitor for symptoms that may indicate a more serious issue, such as fever, swelling that worsens, redness extending beyond the ear, or any discharge — these would require medical attention. If symptoms persist or worsen over the next couple of days, seeing a healthcare provider would be advisable to evaluate the situation properly. They might suggest an antibiotic if a bacterial infection is suspected or other treatments based on their findings. Regarding the eye drops for vision correction, there are currently no over-the-counter eye drops that can correct vision. Typically, vision correction is handled through glasses, contact lenses, or surgical interventions like LASIK. Eye drops available without a prescription usually address dryness or irritation rather than vision issues. If you’re experiencing vision changes or concerns, it’s best to see an ophthalmologist or optometrist to determine the appropriate course of action. They can assess whether you require corrective lenses or if there’s an underlying issue that needs to be addressed. In terms of side effects, all medications, including eye drops, have potential risks and benefits, and individualized medical advice is important to ensure that any treatment you use is safe and suitable for you.
