Hello Areeba, I understand your concern. I advise you to immediately consult an ENT specialist as you are having bleeding. It is important to locate the source of bleeding, also a physical examination is required. Till then start this treatment -
1. Tab. Amoxyclav 625mg + Lactobacillus thrice a day × 5 days 2. Tab. Aceclo + PCM twice a day × 5 days. 3. Cap. Pantop + DSR before breakfast × 5 days. 4. Tab. Monte + Lcz at night × 7 days. 5. Steam Inhalation 2-3 times a day 6. Gargles Povidone Iodine 1 bottle cap in 1/2 glass warm water, do gargles thrice a day. Do not swallow.

It is because of the throat infection. The medicines that I have prescribed work well for throat infections. Take these medications and review after 3-5 days.

- Until then, you can:
Drink plenty of lukewarm fluids (avoid very hot or cold drinks).
Gargle with warm saline water twice daily.
Avoid spicy, acidic foods, and alcohol or smoking if applicable.
Eat soft, easy-to-swallow foods to prevent irritation.

Kindly go to an ENT and the doctor will examine your throat ,neck etc. They can also take CT or MRI if needed.
Based on your symptoms, you 100% need an in-person medical examination as soon as possible.
