How to reduce my allergic condition asap near my private part - #11188

Rishi

My problem is that some bums type structured allergic problem is appearing on my penis, it’s so irritating even on my testis too I used luliford company cream to avoid itching sensation and to reduce the allergy but no use about it. Just it reduces for a period of time and then again start itching and literally the bums get swollen sometimes if I don’t apply any cream regularly

Doctors’ responses

In dealing with the situation you’re describing, it’s essential to first consider the possibility that your symptoms might stem from a fungal infection, a common cause for rashes and irritation in the genital area. Although Luliford cream, which contains luliconazole, is an antifungal, if it only provides temporary relief, a reassessment of the condition is required. To narrow down the cause, considering the nature of the bumps is crucial. If they’re fluid-filled or painful, it could indicate a viral cause like herpes, or if they’re more rash-like and scaly, a persistent fungal infection could be more likely. It’s important to ensure that the area stays clean and dry, as moisture and warmth contribute to fungal growth. Use gentle, fragrance-free soap and pat dry—do not rub—before dressing. Choosing loose-fitting cotton underwear can further help by reducing moisture retention and irritation. Avoid any topical products that have not been recommended by a healthcare professional; they may worsen irritation or delay proper treatment. In terms of medication, a stronger or alternate antifungal cream, sometimes an oral antifungal, might be necessary, but this requires consultation with a healthcare provider. Given the location and persistence of these symptoms, seeing a doctor is advisable to rule out other possibilities like bacterial infections or other dermatological conditions. This is especially important if there’s any worsening, discharge, or if the problem persists despite treatment. Also, if accompanied by other systemic symptoms like fever or swollen lymph nodes, it’s crucial to seek medical attention promptly.
