I am really struggling with my skin lately, and it's kinda affecting my confidence. A few months back, I noticed some uneven skin tone on body, and it just seems to be getting worse! I mean, one day I looked in the mirror and was like wow, these patches on my arms and legs are pretty bad. I've tried some creams and stuff, but nothing seems to work long-term. I read about ways how to get even skin tone on body naturally, but I honestly don’t know where to start. Like, is there a specific diet or something I should follow? Or maybe natural scrubs? I've heard things about lemon and sugar exfoliations, but then again, I'm worried about irritation. And what about sun exposure?? I love spending time outside, but do I need to just slap on sunscreen every single time? Sometimes I think if I keep searching how to get an even skin tone on body naturally, I might find a miracle cure! Anyone has tips or personal experiences they can share?
