I am really curious if is olive oil good for hair, like seriously. I've been trying to get my hair in better shape, it’s been super dry and kinda frizzy lately, ugh. A friend suggested I should give olive oil a shot because she says it worked wonders for her. I mean, I’ve read a bits about using oils for hair, but I'm not very sure, like is olive oil good for hair or is it just a fadd? My mom had always used it to cook, but never mentioned it for haircare. I tried it once as a mask, just put some all over and left it in while I watched Netflix, but I dunno if I did it right, like was that too much? And then I rinsed it out, but my hair felt a bit greasy after. Should I use it more often? I looked up some benefits, but there are tons of different opinions about if is olive oil good for hair, ya know? Some say its great for moisture and shine, others are like, “No way, it can cause buildup!” Anyone here who used it long term and can share, like, did you notice it make a difference in the overall health or appearance? Also, I wanna know, should I mix it with somthing else, or just straight up?
