I am feeling really under the weather lately, have this horrible cough and cold that just won’t quit. My throat is scratchy, and I cough every few minutes, especially at night, which is super annoying. I remember my grandma used to say, “mosambi juice is great for coughs,” but I’m not sure if that’s really true or what the right amount would be. I mean, can we drink mosambi juice in cough and cold without making things worse? Then again, it’s delicious. I tried some yesterday, and while it felt refreshing, I was worried it might make my throat feel even scratchier. The whole citrus thing is a bit confusing, like, are the acidity levels in mosambi juice good or bad for a cough? Some say it’s packed with vitamin C and might even help boost the immune system, but then I read some stuff online that asks if drinking it when you have mucus is a bad idea?? I can’t really tell what's fact and what’s just old wives' tales. It’s just frustrating, you know? Should I keep drinking mosambi juice or steer clear for now? Any advice would help, thanks!
