What causes sudden feelings of suffocation and difficulty breathing when upset?
I want to thank all the doctors, especially Dr. Bharat Joshi, Dr. Arsha K Isac, Dr. Prasannajeet Singh Shekhawat, and Dr. Shayeque Reza. I've had this sudden feeling of suffocation for about a year now. Additionally, when I cry or get angry, I start to breathe, but it's like I have a lot of air in my mouth.
