how to use bhringraj leaves for hair - #23859

Simran

I am struggling with some serious hair issues lately, ugh. My scalp has been super itchy and I've noticed more hair than usual falling out, like, everywhere! I heard about bhringraj leaves and how to use bhringraj leaves for hair, but I kinda have no idea where to start. I tried looking it up online but it just confused me more. My friend mentioned that bhringraj is like a miracle herb for hair growth, and I've got this whole bag of dried bhringraj leaves sitting at home. Do I need to boil them or make some kind of paste, or can I just throw them on my head? Also, how much of it should I use? I've read that you can infuse oils with bhringraj leaves and that sounds easier, but I don’t wanna waste time if it won't help. Like, should I rinse it off after a few hours or leave it overnight? Honestly, I’d take any advice on how to use bhringraj leaves for hair, because at this point, I’m willing to try just about anything. I just want my hair and scalp to feel normal again, ya know? Any tips would be super helpful, thanks!

When it comes to using bhringraj leaves for hair, you’re in good company as it’s been a traditional remedy for hair health for quite a while. To get started with your bag of dried bhringraj leaves, here’s a straightforward way to use them: First, consider making bhringraj oil since it’s one of the more effective applications. Take a small handful of the dried leaves and infuse them into a carrier oil like coconut or sesame. You can do this by heating the oil and then adding the leaves, allowing them to steep for a few hours. Keep the heat low to avoid burning the oil and losing its beneficial properties. Once it’s cooled, strain out the leaves, and then you have your bhringraj oil ready for use.

When applying, massage the oil into your scalp and hair, targeting areas where you’ve noticed increased hair fall or itchiness. Massaging helps stimulate blood circulation to the scalp, which may support hair growth. You can either leave the oil in for a few hours or even overnight, depending on your routine and comfort level. If you opt for overnight, just make sure to cover your pillows to protect them from oil stains.

After the oil treatment, wash it out thoroughly with a mild shampoo. How often you use it can vary – some people find that once or twice a week works best, while others might use it more or less frequently based on their own hair’s response. As for potential concerns, if you notice any irritation after using the oil, it would be a good idea to discontinue the use and consult a healthcare professional to explore other underlying causes of your hair and scalp issues.

Since there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, monitor your scalp and hair’s condition while using bhringraj, and adjustment may be needed. If the itching or hair fall continues or worsens, definitely consider seeking medical advice to rule out any scalp conditions like eczema, dermatitis, or possible nutritional deficiencies that could be contributing factors. You don’t want anything to delay a more effective treatment if necessary.
