I am really confused about something and hoping you all can help. I've been trying to manage my high blood pressure for a while now. My doctor told me to watch my diet more closely, and I've heard a lot about how is drumstick good for high blood pressure? Like, are there actual benefits from eating it? I remember my grandmother used to make this amazing drumstick soup that I loved, but I didn't think much about its health benefits back then. Lately, I've read that is drumstick good for high blood pressure, and there are all these claims saying it can lower it. Is that true? I tried making a salad with drumsticks in it, but it just didn't taste as great, and now I'm not sure if I'm even making the right choices. I get so lost in all the information on the internet about diet for high blood pressure, and I'm not sure what’s worth following.
