I am really stressing out about my hair lately. It feels super thin and weak, and I just can't figure out how to strengthen weak hair roots. I mean, I’ve tried a few different shampoos that claim to be great for that, but honestly, I don’t see results. My hair tends to fall out more in the shower, like heaps of it! And my friends keep telling me I should be using oils or whatnot, but I don’t know... Like, is there any real science behind that?? I eat pretty healthy, or at least I try to, but I still notice my hair looking dull and lifeless. Do vitamins help with how to strengthen weak hair roots? I read something about biotin, but isn't that just another fad? Also, I’ve been wondering if stress is making this worse, I mean, my job's been crazy lately. My stylist said maybe some scalp massages could help but like, would that really make a difference? Ugh! I just want healthy hair again. Can anyone give me some tips on how to strengthen weak hair roots? Or do I need to see a dermatologist? I feel lost here, any advice would be awesome!!
