how to increase bilirubin - #24535
I am really confused about my health lately! A couple weeks ago, I went for my routine blood work, and I got back some results that said my bilirubin levels are low. Like really low, which I didn’t even know was a thing. The doctor just kinda brushed it off, but I feel like it could be important, right?? I mean, could low bilirubin levels mean something bad for my health? I tried to ask about what could cause low bilirubin and how to increase bilirubin levels naturally, but he just said it's usually not an issue unless it's too high or too low? Ugh, that didn't help much! I do feel a bit more tired than usual and I notice my skin looks a little pale sometimes, but I’m not sure those things are related. I read online that some foods or supplements might help how to increase bilirubin levels, but there’s so much info and I’m not sure what's correct. Like, is it worth eating more beets or drinking some weird juices? Is there even a safe way how to increase bilirubin, or should I just leave it alone? I just wanna feel better and understand what's going on, you know? Any advice or experiences would really help!
