what is kansa - #23271
I am really confused and kinda frustrated because I keep hearing people talk about this thing called "kansa" and I'm not sure what it actually is. I stumbled upon it when I was searching for alternative remedies for my nagging back pain. I’ve tried so many things from physical therapy to chiropractors, and nothing seems to give me relief anymore! A friend of mine said she uses kansa bowls for her massages and swears by them. But what is kansa, really? Is it some sort of magical metal or more like a traditional healing tool? When I looked it up, I found things talking about kansa and its history in Ayurveda but got lost in all the details. Like, does it really work? Are there specific techniques I need to know before using it? I tried to ask my massage therapist about kansa, but he seemed pretty skeptical and said that not everything pitches for back pain actually works long-term. I’m feeling hopeful that kansa might help me, but I need to know if there’s any strong evidence or just anecdotal stuff behind how kansa can help. Does anyone have experiences or tips on what is kansa and if it's worth my time?
