I am really worried about this situation I’ve been dealing with for a few days. Last week, I tried a new restaurant and now I’m having some bad stomach issues. I literally can’t go anywhere without being afraid of having an accident. Like, I never thought I’d be Googling what foods stop diarrhea fast. It’s been super uncomfortable and frustrating. I’ve noticed I feel a little better when I eat plain rice or a banana, but honestly, I’m not sure if that's enough. Are there other things that are good to eat? What foods stop diarrhea fast? I’ve also read that things like applesauce might help, but I’m not sure if I should stick to just those few options? Should I just avoid anything spicy or greasy? Also, could dehydration be a risk? I feel like being in and out of the bathroom all day is making me weak. Is there any particular diet for these days? Like, what foods stop diarrhea fast? I can’t keep this up for long.
