I am trying to understand the advantages of curd since I've been feeling kinda off lately. A few months ago, I started noticing some bloating and digestive issues after almost every meal. Last week, my doctor mentioned that I might benefit from adding more probiotics to my diet and even said that curd could be super helpful. But honestly, I don’t really know much about it. Like, what exactly are the advantages of curd? I mean, I’ve seen people rave about it online, but is it really that good for gut health? And how much should I actually be eating to see any changes? I tried having it with fruits, but found it kinda weird at first, you know? My sister swears by curd for skin health too, which is interesting. Are the advantages of curd legit or is it just another food fad? Should I be concerned about lactose, given my issues? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this kinda stuff with curd, like what were the advantages of curd for you? Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!
