I am really curious about something and need to know if ragi is good for heart patients. I’ve been trying to eat healthier since my doctor told me I have high cholesterol a couple of months ago. My sister suggested I try ragi because she heard it's super healthy and thought it might help lower my cholesterol? I started adding ragi porridge to my breakfast and even tried a few snacks made with ragi flour, but I honestly don’t know if it's really helping or just another fad thing.
