I am feeling super confused and worried right now and really need some guidance. For the past month, I’ve been experiencing these weird feelings, like I’m getting dizzy really easily and my heart races for no reason. It’s like I’m fine one moment, and then boom, I feel like I'm gonna faint! I went to my doc last week, and he said he didn’t really see anything wrong in my blood tests, but honestly, I’m not convinced. What is happening to me? I mean, I’m only 30 but I can hardly keep up with my daily routine anymore. I tried explaining that I also feel fatigued all the time and have this odd pressure in my chest sometimes, but he just shrugged it off. It’s frustrating because I don’t feel like I’m being taken seriously. I was considering going for a second opinion, but what if it’s all in my head? Have you guys ever felt like this? What is happening to me? I just want to know, am I missing something? Should I maybe push for more tests or try something else? Any insight would be awesome. Am I overthinking it? Does it mean anything serious or is it just stress? What is happening to me?
